eCourier is on a simple mission to make every customer very happy indeed. Here are some of the big cheeses working at our company, a happy blend of fresh faced entrepreneurs and industry stalwarts. Their CVs speak for themselves!

Ian Cummings - Chief Executive Officer

Ian has been at the top of the logistics tree for more than two decades, having held senior positions at DHL in the UK, Turkey and Poland. After DHL, Ian moved into niche logistics and eventually found himself running things at ecourier.co.uk! Outside of work, Ian is an F1 nut and likes nothing more than getting into the pit, within touching distance of his idols. Ian is very competitive and his daily cycle to the office has sometimes been compared to the gumball rally. He doesn't like being overtaken and seems to ride that little bit faster on the Monday after an F1 race....

Bharat Mistry - Head of Finance    
Bharat came to eCourier with a long, impressive work history in media, distribution and logistics. He's held positions at powerhouses ranging from the BBC to eCourier! When he isn't handling multi-million pound turnovers he's a sporting guy who likes to spend his time watching Manchester United, reading autobiographies and playing racket sports. We can all rest assured that eCourier's finances are in excellent hands because Bharat certainly knows how to keep his eye on the ball!
Daniel Wright - Head of Commercial

Daniel is responsible for ensuring that all of our clients are as happy as Larry! After cutting his teeth in the stationery industry, Daniel joined eCourier in 2007 and has not looked back, with double-digit sales growth for the past 3 years and a great team around him. Outside of work, Daniel manages the eCourier sponsored (his marketing budget!) AGV Youth FC. After a season of mid-table mediocrity, the u13's are looking to play themselves into title contention for the 2011-12 season. Daniel is happily married with 3 young children.

Malcolm Fullick - Head of Operations    
Malcolm has a strong operational background having previously held positions at Homeserve and more recently Addison Lee before joining eCourier in Aug 2010. Malcolm likes a challenge and after more than two decades in the industry, he fancied the challenge of eCourier! When not at work, Malcolm can generally be found on the golf course, working on his not-too-shabby handicap or, in one of London's finest restaurants with his golf widow wife.
James Holt - Head of IT

James has been in the courier industry for ages and has experience in all areas - been there, done that, delivered the parcel! A technical innovator, he has been with eCourier since before the start (even helping to build the office!) and is now responsible for Larry and all things IT. When not being a geek, James can also be found cycling (he's quicker than Ian...), keeping fit and practicing karate.
