Key Duties Include:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Attending client meetings
  • Maintaining and building relationships with existing clients
  • Client reporting
  • Dealing with escalated customer complaints
  • Oversea and help credit control process of managed clients
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Using industry knowledge to help customers choose the best type of service
  • Proactively responding to and resolving customers queries to a high standard
  • Building internal relationships to ensure best practice
  • Completing administrative work, as required


Key Skills Required

  • Experience of working in Account Management is preferable
  • A "can do" attitude
  • A natural team player who wants to succeed
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ability to keep calm in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong listening and questioning skills
  • Smart appearance and punctual
