Position Description

eCourier.co.uk, Europe's fastest growing 'same day' courier company, has a requirement for a customer services adviser, based within our head office in Central London. As a member of our Customer Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that happiness is delivered to all our customers. If you are customer focused, share our passion for excellent customer services, are a confident team player, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Duties Include:

  • Answering a high volume of Customer inbound calls and Livechats
  • Making proactive outbound calls to customers
  • Taking customer bookings
  • Generating quotes for customers
  • Using industry knowledge to help customers choose the best type of service
  • Proactively responding to and resolving customers queries to a high standard
  • Building internal relationships to ensure best practice
  • Dealing with customer complaints

Key Skills Required

  • Great telephone manner
  • Experience of working in customer services is essential
  • A "can do" attitude
  • A natural team player who wants to succeed
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ability to keep calm in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance record
  • Fantastic customer services skills
