Central London Collection Cut-Off Time Adjustment

We’re writing to let you know about a small but important change to the collection cut-off time for overnight and international deliveries booked through our website for Central London. 

To maintain the seamless, dependable service you expect from us, we’ve had to make a slight adjustment. The new collection cut-off time is moving from 16:30 (4:30 PM) to 16:00 (4:00 PM)

Why the Change?

This adjustment is a direct response to the increasing traffic restrictions and evolving speed limits currently in force across Central London. Moving the cut-off time back by just 30 minutes ensures that our collection drivers have the necessary window of time to navigate these conditions reliably. 

This guarantees that: 

  • Your packages are collected, processed, and dispatched on the same day without rush. 
  • We can secure the necessary air freight or overnight network connections for timely delivery. 
  • You continue to receive best-in-class service across our delivery network. 

Please note that any booking for overnight or international service made after 16:00 will be scheduled for collection on the following business day. 

Have a Late or Regular Requirement? We’ve Got You Covered!

We understand that unexpected packages or regular late deadlines can still arise. We’re happy to offer flexible solutions to meet your specific needs: 

  • Unexpected Late Package: If you have an urgent, last-minute consignment after 16:00, we can still provide a later collection via our dedicated sameday circuit
  • Regular Daily Collection: For customers with consistent daily packages that often occur late, we can discuss setting up a regular, pre-arranged late collection time tailored just for you.
