Yes. You can track your consignment in real time through our online tracking system, from collection through to delivery. All you need is the docket reference for your booking.
Once your goods have been delivered, we’ll email you confirmation with the name and signature of the person who signed for them, along with the time of delivery. We also provide an end-to-end audit trail, giving you complete visibility and proof of delivery.

We provide basic cover as standard with every booking, protecting your goods against loss or damage up to a value of £250. If you’re sending something more valuable, additional insurance cover is available. To arrange additional cover, please contact our Customer Services team on 0345 145 1000.
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue. Any damage should be reported at the time of delivery, and the goods should not be signed for as received in good condition.
Yes. eCourier provides specialist medical courier services for NHS trusts, hospitals, doctors, pharmacies and other healthcare organisations. Our medical service can support the secure and temperature-controlled transport of medical samples and other healthcare items.
