How do I book an electric vehicle for my delivery?

To book one of our electric vehicles, simply log in to your eCourier booking portal and select the appropriate vehicle highlighted in green. Alternatively, you can call our customer services on 0345 145 1000.

How do I arrange a Multi-Drop courier?

To book a multi-drop delivery, simply email your booking details to customer.services@ecourier.co.uk. Our team typically responds within 2 hours to confirm your request.

How do I provide special instructions for the driver?

For special instructions, such as Permission To Post or a safe space arrangement, we recommend calling Customer Services to confirm the details and also adding them to your delivery notes when making your booking.

How can I add insurance onto my booking?

To add insurance up to £10,000 you must contact our customer service team for them to add the insurance on for you. This can be done via telephone. Alternatively, for insurance on goods over £10,000 please contact our specialist logistics team by emailing speciallogistics@ecourier.co.uk for further assistance.

How do I book an Artic Lorry?

To book one of our larger vehicles, the booking will need to go through our special logistics team. To get a quote, simply email collection and delivery details along with which vehicle you require to speciallogistics@ecourier.co.uk.
