Service Update: Central Europe Severe Weather Disruptions

Dear customer,

We have experienced some service disruption due to severe weather conditions (heavy thunderstorms) causing temporary constraints in Central Europe, particularly in France, Germany, and Northern Italy, which affected our air network operations.

As a result, some customers may experience a 24-hour delay in transit times for Intra-European shipments routed through the affected locations.

We are doing our utmost to minimise any service delays.
