Mandatory Postcodes for Shipments to Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Ukraine

Dear Valued Customer,

Effective 5 January 2026, postcodes will be required for all shipments to and from Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Ukraine. Shipments cannot be processed, and shipping labels cannot be created, without a complete and accurate postcode.

You can use the following tools to look up postal codes:
