Our standard liability for Overnight and International shipments is £100.
If you require additional cover, you can now add enhanced insurance online in our portal. We insure up to a maximum of £3,000 on overnight shipments, charged at £15 per £1,000.
Cover includes computer equipment, phones and TVs up to 36″, provided they are in the original manufacturer’s packaging. For further details, please contact us.
Common questions about next day delivery.
The cut-off time for overnight and international shipments is 16:00 (central London collection), Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 only. Items must be collected and returned to our base by 17:00 to ensure they make the overnight trunk.
If the collection is from an address outside of London, bookings must be made before 15:30 on the previous working day. For some remote areas, please allow one to two days for collection.

Yes. eCourier offers weekend delivery options for next day consignments. Weekend delivery availability depends on the destination postcode. Please speak to our team or check at booking to confirm weekend eligibility for your specific address.

A full tracking audit and proof of delivery (POD) is available as soon as the consignment is delivered.
