Our Sustainability Journey
We’re on a journey to net zero by 2040.
We’re on the road to a more sustainable courier service by phasing out fuel-powered vehicles and investing in electric and zero-emission alternatives. Over 23% of our fleet is electrified, with more on the way. We also work with Positive Planet each year to measure and report our emissions in line with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard.

Our Net Zero Commitment
We are committed to achieving Net Zero by 2040, in line with science-based principles and the goals of the Paris Agreement.
Our 2030 interim targets (against a 2023 baseline) include:
- Reduce Scope 1 emissions by 42%
- Reduce Scope 2 emissions to zero
- Reduce Scope 3 emissions by 42%
- Transition toward 100% renewable electricity
Net Zero means reducing emissions as far as possible across our operations and value chain, and only neutralising residual emissions through verified carbon removal solutions.
Environmental Responsibility
We measure and report our carbon footprint annually in alignment with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, with independent expert support from Positive Planet.
Our reporting covers:
Sustainability is not a standalone initiative. It is integrated into our operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
Fleet Electrification
Transport sits at the heart of our business, and at the centre of our decarbonisation strategy.
- 23% of our fleet currently produces zero tailpipe emissions
- Electric small vans are now available within our online booking portal
- Cargo bikes and low-emission transport options continue to expand across major cities
- Choosing an electric delivery option helps reduce air pollution, noise pollution, and overall carbon impact.
We are committed to progressively replacing end-of-life vehicles with lower-emission alternatives where operationally viable.

Governance and Reporting
Every year, we’re committed to:
- Apply recognised emissions factors and reporting standards
- Work with third-party sustainability specialists
- Review progress annually against reduction targets
- Publish an annual Sustainability Playbook
- Continuously improve data quality and coverage
Looking Ahead
By embedding sustainability into every aspect of our business, we are building a low-carbon logistics model that supports our clients, strengthens our resilience, and contributes positively to our communities.
Over the coming years, we will focus on:
- Accelerated fleet electrification
- Expanded renewable energy procurement
- Stronger supplier engagement
- Improved data granularity
- Clear annual reduction tracking
